Embark on exclusive guided nature walks, thoughtfully tailored to the distinct beauty of each season, with Heather Davis and her expert team at Uplift Adventures. These walks begin right from your doorstep and take you both on and off the trails to uncover the hidden wonders of our 3,300-acre private estate.

May–August

Wildflower Walk

2–3 Hours | 3–4 KM
Easy to Intermediate

Step into a world of colour as Rocky Mountain wildflowers bloom across the landscape. This gentle, informative walk is open to all ages and offers a relaxed connection to nature while introducing you to the unique flora that thrives at Eden Wilds.

May–September

Rocky Mountain Fauna

2–3 Hours | 3–4 KM
Easy to Intermediate

Eden Wilds’ protected lands, alpine meadows, and lofty forests are home to an abundance of wildlife, from small creatures to larger mammals, including bears. This engaging all-ages walk invites you to learn about the diverse fauna of the Canadian Rockies as your guide helps you identify tracks and, if you’re lucky, spot some of our wild companions in their natural habitat.

April–November

Adventure Tour

5–7 Hours | 10+ KM
Intermediate to Difficult

For a more challenging exploration, this full-day tour takes you off-script and off-trail through Eden Wilds’ rugged terrain. Led by a professional guide, you’ll cover 10+ km and 500+ m of elevation, honing your mountain navigation and safety skills along the way. Best suited to adventurous guests with moderate to high fitness, this experience is not recommended for children under 14.

October–November

Changing Seasons

2–3 Hours | 3–4 KM
Easy to Intermediate

As autumn unfolds, nature undergoes profound shifts, and Eden Wilds transforms into a spectacular landscape of golden aspens. This gentle and immersive all-ages walk invites you to witness and learn about the seasonal transition of the Canadian Rockies, offering a unique moment to reconnect with the natural world, reflect, and embrace our own changes.

November–March

Stargazing and Night Walk

2–3 Hours | 3–4 KM
Easy to Intermediate

Experience the magic of the night in the Canadian Rockies, where crisp winter air and lack of light pollution create exceptional stargazing conditions. Your guide will lead you through Eden Wilds’ sleeping forest, weaving stories of constellations and celestial wonders above. While stars may be harder to see under a full moon or overcast sky, the serene stillness of the wilderness at night never fails to enchant adventurers of all ages.

December–April

Winter in the Rockies

2–3 Hours | 3–4 KM
Easy to Intermediate

Step into a snow-covered wonderland and discover how the flora and fauna of the Canadian Rockies have evolved to not only survive but thrive in winter’s embrace. This gentle, immersive walk is open to all ages and uncovers the secrets of a landscape at rest, yet teeming with life beneath the surface, revealing the resilience and beauty of Eden Wilds’ biodiversity in the coldest season.
